Wandsworth (Roehampton) CYPSS

The young people at Roehampton CYPSS have created light boxes, and an allotment! some of the light boxes have gone up at the allotment. (with the rest being save for the community garden that Roehampton SYIP will soon be developing). Here is what some of the people who have seen the light boxes thought. Dave (lecturer) ‘Great innovative work – really highlights what you can do from an imaginative point of view and brilliantly demonstrates creative sustainability with the solar panels.’ Matt (American students) ‘These are awesome, love them and want to take some of the ideas back to the States Sarah (student) ‘What a great idea, this is definitely something I would like to do with the children in my school, they’d absolutely love it and they would learn so many things from the experience, not least how being green and sustainable can be really engaging, creative and fun’ Monica (lecturer) ‘These are great – something I’d love our students to think about doing with children in school and having on our allotment/garden area when we get it up and running’ Tessa (senior lecturer) They (the light boxes) have received so much praise and accolade from all who see them.
