The Spaces In 2006, groups working with young people were invited to submit their ideas for an environmental project. The 70 best initiatives were then picked to receive funding to bring the ideas to life.
Bike Project
ReCycling Project in The Shed
Learning about serviceing and maintenance of bicycles.
We were given a number of stolen recovered bikes and have worked with a local business called Bikeology LAC young people to do up and distribute these bikes to young people who need them.
Community Space Challenge is funded by the The Big Lottery Fund and The Social Investment Business
and is managed by Catch22, the national charity that helps young people out of difficult situations.
